HSSE Lead Qualifications
a) Responsible for managing an HSSE aspect or area to ensure COMPANY HSSE vision
is achieved within the CONTRACTOR’s area of responsibility.
b) Must have more than 10 years of experience in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining
or Power generation industry, of which a minimum of 5 years in a maintenance
position.
c) Minimum 2 years in HSSE lead position.
d) Must hold a NEBOSH Diploma or an IOSH Graduate certificate or an essentially
equivalent NVQ level 5 degree in HSSE.
HSSE Advisors/Supervisors Qualifications
a) Responsible for inspecting and coaching staff on an HSSE aspect or area to ensure
‘Goal Zero’ is achieved within the CONTRACTOR’s area of responsibility.
b) Must have more than 5 years of experience in maintenance work in the Petrochemical,
Petroleum Refining or Power generation industry.
c) Minimum 2 years in HSSE inspector position.
d) Must hold a relevant technical qualification at NVQ level 3 supplemented with
certificates for a NEBOSCH General Certificate.
