Job Title: Accounting/Administrative Trainee

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong language skills in both Arabic and English.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong focus on customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of real estate concepts and principles
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Tally

Responsibilities:
- Assist with property management tasks
- Provide administrative support
- Assist with client inquiries related to payment follow-up, cheque returns, etc.
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements using Tally or other accounting tools

Notes:
- Monthly allowances will be provided, determined after the interview
- Official employment consideration will be given if the candidate meets performance expectations
- Location: Muscat
