We're hiring — Finance, Operations & Governance Executive | Muscat

A private investment holding company in Muscat is building out its corporate office, and we're looking for the person who becomes its operational backbone.

One role, three disciplines — and a seat beside the people allocating the capital.

How the week divides

- 40% Finance — bookkeeping across the group in Xero or QuickBooks, intercompany invoicing, bank and loan reconciliation, month-end
- 35% Governance — board minutes, group action tracker, board packs, statutory filings, corporate records and registers
- 25% Executive support — diary and travel for the Managing Director, liaison with auditors, lawyers and bankers

What we're looking for

- Omani national with a degree in business, finance, accounting or governance
- 2–5 years' experience — or an outstanding graduate with genuine drive
- Arabic and business English, written to a standard the board will read
- Confidence with double-entry, and the willingness to teach yourself the systems
- Immaculate note-taking — you'll minute fast conversations and chase what was agreed
- Discretion, initiative, and a valid driving licence with your own car

OMR 400–700 per month + annual performance bonus
