WE’RE HIRING | Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

Musandam WCT Development LLC is seeking an experienced professional to lead Sales & Marketing for Palm Hills, Khasab, Oman, with a focus on project launch, market entry and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales: Develop strategies, achieve targets, manage the pipeline, expand channels, close key deals and recommend promotions.
• Agencies & Channels: Appoint, train and manage real estate agencies, monitor performance, develop partnerships and oversee incentives.
• Marketing: Lead campaigns, digital marketing, branding, launches, exhibitions and roadshows; manage agencies, budgets and campaign results.
• Market Research & Pricing: Analyse competitors, pricing and buyer trends to identify opportunities and support management decisions.
• Customers & Stakeholders: Manage enquiries and relationships, coordinate sales through handover, and engage partners and banks on purchaser financing.
• Team Management: Lead and coach the team, set targets and KPIs, review performance and ensure adequate staffing.
• Reporting & Governance: Report results, maintain accurate sales data and ensure compliance with company approvals and Oman regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or a related discipline.
• Preferably 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Property development or real estate sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing agencies, sales channels, project launches, exhibitions, roadshows and digital marketing.
• Oman or GCC property market experience would be an advantage.
